Welcome to JULLY WOOD JAPAN.
JULLY WOOD JAPAN is an independent entertainment site introducing Japanese dramas, movies, actors, and other pop-culture favorites to international readers.
Our goal is simple: to make it easier to discover the people behind the Japanese shows and movies you love.
Here you’ll find cast guides, actor profiles, filmographies, career highlights, and fun facts — including information that can sometimes be difficult to find in English.
Who Runs JULLY WOOD JAPAN?
JULLY WOOD JAPAN is created and edited by Jully, an entertainment fan based in Japan.
After years of researching actors and their past work whenever a movie or series caught my attention, I created this site to share that same “I want to know more” feeling with readers around the world.
How We Research
We aim to use reliable sources whenever possible, including official websites, talent agencies, interviews, streaming platforms, and established entertainment publications.
Profiles, ages, and availability information are updated periodically as new information becomes available.
Our Goal
Whether you’ve just discovered a Japanese actor or have been following them for years, we hope JULLY WOOD JAPAN helps you find your next favorite person, drama, or movie.
